I have registered for an account but no confirmation email has been received

In order to prevent triggering spam, our system only sends the confirmation email once. So if you have already registered before, you may not receive the email a second time.

If you are unable to receive the confirmation email to complete the registration process, please follow the instructions below.

Individual account Requirements:

  1. Copy of your valid passport page or the front and back colour copy of your government issued ID (Hong Kong nationals only)
  2. Personal bank statement, not older than 3 months. If it is neither in English or Chinese, please ensure that translation could be provided while submitting the document.
  3. Selfie holding your ID/passport

 

Corporate account Requirements:

  1. Certificate of Formation (or otherwise, Business Registration Certificate and Certificate of Incorporation).
  2. Certificate of Amendment for the company name (if any).
  3. Limited Liability Company Agreement / Operating Agreement (or otherwise Memorandum and Articles of Association).
  4. Register of Directors and Shareholders / Significant Controllers Register.
  5. List of persons authorized to carry out trade activity with Genesis Block signed by the Director (with company stamp)
  6. Organizational chart/ownership structure.
  7. Company Bank statement, not older than 3 months.
  8. Copy of valid passport/ID for all Directors and Shareholders with a stake greater than 10%.
  9. Proof of permanent residential address for all Directors and Shareholders with a stake greater than 10%, not older than 3 months (bank statement/utility bill/lease agreement). f it is neither in English or Chinese, please ensure that translation could be provided while submitting the document.
  10. Selfie holding your ID/passport.
